Terms Of Service
- Payments must be made through Paypal (invoice), Ko-Fi or Bizum.- A deposit of at least 50% of the full price must be paid upfront (non-refundable), in order to avoid scams. Full res finished piece with no watermark will be sent after full payment.- If you needed to cancel the commision before the full deposit, I may be able to give you a partial discount depending on the stage of the work.- If for some reason I am not able to complete the commission, I will provide up to a full refund, or keep up to 25% of the deposit if the piece is more advanced.- It is highly suggested that you bring photo references of your idea, the clearer it is visually, the better the results. No references and just text descriptions may result in a small additional charge due to the extra work and potential issues.- Prices are an estimation, they may vary depending on complexity, etc. Feel free to ask without commitment.- Customer has the right to reupload for personal use only, commercial use is not allowed and should be discussed and paid for separately. Art may be used for pfps, banners, etc, never for profit unless stated otherwise.- I own all the rights to my work, putting my work into any AI engine is strictly prohibited.
I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to use the artwork for my portfolio.- Fanart commissions of games/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and merch, unless requested or discussed otherwise.- I have the right to decline a commission if I see that my skill level may not meet your request or if I am uncomfortable with the subject.- Process:
Upon starting, I will send you pictures of the sketch (and flat colors if necessary) for your review and to make any revisions or changes until approved before I proceed. After this stage, major changes on the piece will not be allowed.
Once this is all settled, you may not recieve a discount if you were to cancel the commision.You are allowed 3 minor revisions, after this, an additional fee will be charged.Once I'm finished, I will send you one final check for your review. When the artwork is approved, I will send you the full res .png files of the artwork, and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting.
